Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Rogue-Agent Defense (https://rogue-defense.onrender.com), operated by Ingenious AI, Orange Walk Town, Belize ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

Rogue-Agent Defense provides an AI agent firewall: prompt-injection scoring, per-action policy enforcement, canary tripwires, anomaly detection, and a kill switch for AI agents. The service is an assistive security tool — it reduces risk but cannot guarantee that every attack will be stopped.

Acceptable use

• Use the service lawfully and only for systems you own or are authorized to protect.
• Do not attempt to abuse, overload, or circumvent the service, its rate limits, or its licensing.
• Do not resell or redistribute access without written permission.
• Do not use the service to attack third-party systems; the red-team and scanning features are for your own agents and assets only.

Accounts and license keys

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and license keys confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

Plans & billing

A free tier is included. Paid plans (Pro, Team) are one-time purchases unlocked with a license key, as described on the pricing page. Because paid plans are delivered as license keys for digital access, refunds are handled case by case — contact avilanatanael640@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase if something is wrong and we will make it right.

API usage

API endpoints (/v1/…) are subject to rate limits. Excessive or abusive API use may be throttled or suspended. API responses are provided for integration into your own agent infrastructure; you remain responsible for how your agents act on them.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Security scores and alerts are informational and do not constitute legal, compliance, or insurance advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be posted at this URL with an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
